Hello, world
December 15, 2025
I kept telling myself I would start a blog "once I had something worth saying." That bar moved every year, and the only thing it produced was a folder of half-written drafts.
This is the workaround: ship the empty room first, write into it later.
What I plan to write about
A few rough buckets, in no particular order:
- Things I learn while building agents: what works, what doesn't, what cost me three days that should have cost me twenty minutes.
- Notes from production. The boring infrastructure parts that don't make the demo videos.
- Reading notes: papers, books, the occasional rant.
Why here, instead of LinkedIn or X
I want to write longer than a tweet and slower than a thread. And I want the words to live somewhere I own, on a page that loads in under a second and doesn't try to sell anything.
If you read something here and want to push back on it, my email is in the footer. That's the entire comment section.
